RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Iraq Network seeks to provide both job seekers and recruiters a range of contextualized research findings to help improve successful recruitment and hiring practices. All evidence based survey data will be shared publicly and used to promote approaches to Human Resources that promotes a competitive, transparent, fair and efficient process and practices for recruitment in the Iraqi context.

Furthermore, we aim to conduct multi-faceted approaches, engaging the public, private, non-profit and civil society sectors, as well as community based mechanisms and general public, including job seekers, volunteers, entrepreneurs, and investors.

We find that a lot of top-down led implementation of business, non for profit initiatives and approaches are imposed on the community without in-depth consultation and a voice that represents diversity and different needs.
